Logging into my client area
When you sign up for our services, it's important to remember that the registration method you selected will determine how you need to log in in the future. For instance, if you choose to register using your email address, you'll need to log in by entering that same email address along with your password:
If you don't remember the password you used to register your account, or you wish to change the password, you can do so by clicking on 'Forgot Password'. You'll then be asked to insert your email address so you can receive a password reset link to your email address.
Conversely, if you opt to sign up through a social sign-up such as Google, Apple or LinkedIn, your login process will require you to authenticate via that social each time you access our services. This consistency in registration and login methods helps secure your account and streamline your access:
